While backing out of a parking garage space, I inadvertently caused my car to make contact at about 2 mph with a concrete pillar. It caved in the driver’s side front panel over the wheel, damaged and dislocated the trim. My first and only call was to Eric Sobczak at Burnside Express Collision. I drove to meet Eric, who quickly assessed the damage and told me what he and his team could do and how long it would take. I dropped the car on a Sunday night and rented a car the next morning. By the time I got to my office, I had emails from Burnside explaining what would happen and inviting me to contact the folks there at any time. Work started on Monday, updates kept rolling in and by Wednesday I was notified that the car was ready. New parts, new paint, new clear coat, everything perfectly blended and in position. I was ecstatic. The cost came in a measly $7 over the estimate and my car looked as though it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I can’t possibly thank Eric and his team enough for the highly professional, communicative and expedient service I received. If your car is damaged, Burnside is your destination. Period. I used the Zionsville location and won’t hesitate to return if needed. The folks there turned my “bummer” into a “heck, yeah” in two and a half days! Absolutely stellar work and extremely professional customer-centric service at a fair price. Oh, and they even returned my rental car for me!
